Sophia Mirrashidi

I am a Computer Science Master's student at USC, having previously received my B.S. in Statistics and Data Science with a minor in Anthropology from UCSB in 2025. I have experience in LLM safety research at the UCSB Qin Lab and in data engineering at Apple. Long term, I'm excited to transition into AI product management, where I can build tools that support fast, iteration-driven model improvement. I am also a classically trained pianist, having graduated from the SFCM Pre-College program. My favorite composers include Debussy and Shostakovich.
